We have invested in an efficient and hassle free delivery service. Many of our products are in stock and ready to dispatch, but some of our specialist products are made to order. For made to order items, please locate the Lead Time defined on the product page and your order confirmation.

All item(s) on your order will be delivered together as standard (including multiple items with different lead times), unless we are told otherwise.

Delivery Service Options

Your service options are calculated at checkout.

We have different service options for local and UK National customers.

Free Curbside Delivery for local customers within postcodes PE11, PE12, PE13, PE14, PE15, PE30, PE31, PE32, PE33, PE34, PE35, PE36 and PE38.

1-2 Man Disposal - Free (like-for-like products e.g. bed for bed).

1-2 Man Assembly - £25.00 GBP (on select products).

Local deliveries are provided by us at West Norfolk Bed Outlet.

Please check the individual product and your confirmation for estimated lead times. Our sales team will contact you when your item(s) are dispatched.

1 Man Curbside - £30.00 GBP - DX Freight
- Delivered in 2–3 working days via DX Freight. Tracking details will be emailed and include an all-day delivery slot (8am–6pm). Delivery is curbside only.

2 Man Take to Room - £50.00 GBP - AIT Delivery
- Delivered within 2–4 working days. You will be given the choice to book a delivery day. AIT will text and email to arrange.

We do not offer assembly or disposal services for those outside of our local eligibility.
