Refund Policy

Cancellations & Returns

8.1 Cancelling Before Dispatch

You may cancel your order before it has been dispatched. Once dispatched, return charges may apply.

8.2 14-Day Return Policy

You may return eligible items within 14 days of delivery. Items must be:

  • unused
  • unassembled
  • in original packaging

You are responsible for return postage costs unless the item is faulty.

8.3 Items Excluded from Returns

For hygiene and customisation reasons, the following cannot be returned unless faulty:

  • mattresses once removed from packaging
  • made-to-order or customised beds
  • items assembled by you and not in resale condition

8.4 Refunds

Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item. Deductions may apply for:

  • missing parts
  • damage caused by you
  • signs of use

8.5 Faulty Products

If your item is faulty, we will offer a repair, replacement or refund in line with UK consumer law. Faults must be reported within 30 days.
